The best trainer is not the one who's most knowledgeable, but the one who can simplify the knowledge and explain at the level of the trainees. If you take 10 mins to answer a question that could be answered in 1, you're failing as a trainer. #CorporateTraining

Comparing yourself to others is Goals approach (I want to be better than them). Comparing yourself to yourself from yesterday is Systems approach (I want to keep improving). The latter is more conducive to peace of mind and works out better in the long run.

Being interesting is more important than being right. Persuasion 101.

Everyone is a hero in their own life's movie. In order for them to maintain their hero image, they must dismiss other people's heroic qualities.

Language learning pro tip: Once you know the grammar and basic vocabulary of the language you're learning, start watching your favorite movies with audio in the language you know and subtitles in the language you're learning. Take advantage of the marvel that is Internet.

You may quit on a specific route when you see a deadend, but never quit the journey. Keep moving.
